FSU learn how to be healthy.
This week we are focusing on how to keep ourselves healthy and already know that exercise is good for us, eating and drinking healthily, as well as getting a good night’s sleep. We were shocked when Jigsaw Jennie made a sandwich full of biscuits, chocolate, crisps, and sweets; and enjoyed creating a timed exercise course.
