FSU are excited by this week’s outdoor Investigation Station!
FSU enjoying keeping fit, both outdoors and in!
Using our senses at the herb planting table
We loved handling, smelling, and discussing the different herbs whilst planting them for our sensory area.
FSU are fascinated by our tadpoles
We have been very excited to learn about the life cycle of a frog, and to observe our tadpoles in the pond.
Easter traditions explored
We loved exploring Easter traditions this week – from decorating eggs and rolling them down a hill, holding egg and spoon races, visiting St Peter’s Church to listen to the Easter story, to making Easter cards for our families and creating our own Easter themed repeating patterns. We then recorded all our learning in our floor books to share with the class.
FSU have an eggciting week!
International Day
FSU have really enjoyed creating and recreating their own versions of a Greek Olympics, now with podium and medals. Discus and javelin at our international festival was a real hit!
