Hands on learning
A huge thank you to Mrs Nicholson for bringing our farm learning to life; and a huge thank you to Minnie and Mouse, the three month old lambs who were impeccably behaved. FSU had a brilliant morning!
Looking after lambs
FSU children had the opportunity to feed, stroke, and brush the lambs, whilst asking lots of interesting questions.
Lambs to school!
FSU were thrilled to be welcoming two lambs, Minnie and Mouse, into school today; listening to a talk from FSU parent Mrs Nicholson, and asking lots of questions.
Mayan farming in 5/6
This week, we tried our hand at farming like the Mayans! I think we did a pretty good job 😍Here are some examples of terraced farming and raised field farming. Well done, 5/6!
FSU say thank you!
Thank you so much, Mrs Nicholson, for giving your time to help us with our understanding of the world! We loved it!
Chickens in FSU
We loved listening to information, asking questions, feeding the chickens, and stroking them!
