Feeding the 5000 in R.E.
Years 3 and 4 have been learning about how Jesus fed five thousand people with just two fishes and five loaves!
They re-told the story through drawing, Drama, a keynote presentation and by writing a diary.
Christingle
The children enjoyed preparing their Christingle ahead of the Christingle Service. They showed great teamwork and understanding of the different elements of the Christingle.

Year 1/2 having fun creating winding mechanisms
The children have had lots of fun using Knex to create winding mechanisms as part of their DT work. Their winder must lift a fairy tale character and lower it. We have lots of budding engineers at Woodmansey Primary School!
A Festival of Christmas at Beverley Minster
Once again a magical evening had by all at Beverley Minster, performing ‘Christmas All Around The World’ alongside Molescroft Primary School. The KS2 children performed their parts beautifully and took part in their debut Ukulele performance in front of a full to bursting Beverley Minster. We are all very proud of them.

The true story of Christmas was told perfectly by our youngest children. The children spoke and sang beautifully, enchanting their audiences with the Nativity story.
