FS2 children explore ‘four’ in many ways
We talked about oblongs, squares, rectangles, vertices, sides – short sides and long sides, size, pattern and much much more! There are so many ways to show and make four. The nursery children soon joined in with their own ideas of four.
One nursery child wanted to join in, so she made a frame using four strips of paper for her panda family with two adults and two babies!

Occupational therapy awareness visit
Year 5/6 children were lucky enough to visit East Riding Community Hospital in Beverley. We took part in an occupational therapy awareness session. We all had a great time.

Dr Gower’s visit to KS2
As part of health week KS2 were fortunate to have Dr Gower visit. We learnt about the respiratory system, the heart, anaesthetic, what to do when somebody chokes, the recovery position and CPR!

Years 1-6 visted the Hindu centre in Hull. We loved it and sketched pictures of the replica Gods!
